Responsibilities
  • Managing, delivering multiple projects for single or multiple clients as per agreed timelines, quality and budgets.
  • Responsible for complete project life cycle
  • Proactively monitor, track multiple projects with a focus to mitigate potential risks related to timelines, resources and quality.
  • Driving projects from design stage to release and smooth transition to production support and maintenance stages
  • People management & stakeholder management within the organization and clients.
  • Adhere to clients – processes and metrics of performance and quality parameters. • Manage and drive reviews at regular or client defined intervals and track the actions till closure.
  • Establish documentation and procedural standards for deliverable Materials.
  • Create and deliver status reports. Use of various tools like JIRA, Mantis, Project Insight etc. • Driving projects from design stage to release and smooth transition to production support and maintenance stages.
Education + Experience
  • Program / Multiple projects management experience
  • Overall experience Minimum of 5 years in IT Services companies, preferably in Healthcare domain.
  • Strong exposure to Agile methodology.
  • Experience in people management of teams greater than 20
  • Must demonstrate strong leadership skills.
  • Very strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven track record of managing and ensuring deliverables within agreed timelines and budgets.
